Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you chose a subscription ("Subscribe & Save") option, your order renews automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days depending on your plan, at the recurring price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime, no fee: email support@nuracalm.com with your order number and we will cancel your subscription. You can also pause or skip a renewal.
• Timing: to stop the next renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Renewals already shipped are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
• Reminders: we email you before every renewal, and at least 7 days before your first renewal.
• Confirmation: we confirm every cancellation by email.
