Shipping Policy
We ship across the United Kingdom.
Processing and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 4–9 business days from dispatch. Orders are shipped with YunExpress and monitored end-to-end by our fulfilment partner Yakkyofy. You receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.
Shipping cost
Free UK delivery on all orders. If a delivery charge ever applies to your order, it is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Lost or delayed shipments
Every parcel is actively monitored by our fulfilment partner. If your tracking stops updating or your order does not arrive in the expected window, email support@nuracalm.com with your order number and we will re-send your order free of charge.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo of the item(s) within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement of the affected quantity. No return shipping is required.
